This week we're talking about the connections between wild food, hunting, conservation and the locavore movement. Our special guest is Moira Tidball who is a Nutrition Educator with Cornell Cooperative Extension in the Finger Lakes region.
Moira is founder of the Wild Harvest Table and is a dietician, hunter and locavore. Wild Harvest Table is an online resource which shares wild game and fish recipes, tips on cooking and preparation, and nutritional information for wild food.
